MY WORK | A Novel Science-based and Holistic Approach to Health
Holistic Health: Biochemical imbalances, including deficiencies or excesses in nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, consistently influence various health ailments.
Mindset & Lifestyle: Our actions and thoughts not only define our identity but also influence our behaviors and choices, shaping both our individuality and the substances we ingest.
Identity & Relationships: Mental health significantly hinges on our interactions with others and our perception of ourselves. The intricate relationship between pain, purpose, and freedom is symbiotic; finding purpose often arises from addressing personal pain, leading to a profound sense of freedom.
Rooted in her passion for understanding humans and human behavior, Stephanie’s approach integrates metabolic health, self-identity, and human connection.
